17127510952 is a Rein Automotive radiator coolant hose.
The upper radiator hose on your BMW E46 connects the engine thermostat to the upper connection on the radiator, allowing coolant to flow from the hot engine into the radiator. It is then cooled prior to returning to the engine.
Located in front of the engine at the top just below the air intake, this hose is easily accessible to be replaced if leaking.
In addition, being equipped with BMWs quick connection internal clamps, no special hose clamp tools are required to remove it.
This Rein hose is the original hose used by BMW when your E46 BMW was new and is the recommended replacement hose brand used at your local dealer.
